1. Service Provider Identification

This website is owned by Different Perspective Consulting Lda, legal entity no. 518640183, with registered office at Avenida Bombeiros Voluntários, Ed. Nova Paredes, n.º 21, 1.º andar, 4585-359 Paredes, Portugal, registered with the Sintra Commercial Registry Office under the single registration and legal entity number 518640183, hereinafter referred to as “DPC”. 2. Purpose

The website is intended for the promotion and provision of consulting services made available by DPC. The information provided is merely informative and does not constitute binding professional advice, unless expressly agreed in writing between the parties.

3. Use of the Website

The user undertakes to: use the website lawfully and in good faith; not engage in acts that may compromise the security or operation of the website; not introduce viruses, malware or any other malicious code; not use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

4. Provision of Services

Consulting services will be provided in accordance with the conditions contractually agreed between DPC and the client. The conclusion of contracts may involve access to documentation and information provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality

DPC undertakes to keep strictly confidential all information, documents and data to which it has access in the course of providing its services. Information provided by the client will be used exclusively for the contractually defined purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior authorisation, except where required by law. This obligation continues after the end of the contractual relationship. Where required by the nature of the services, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be concluded.

6. Personal Data Protection

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Law no. 58/2019 and other applicable Portuguese legislation. Where DPC acts as a processor of its clients’ personal data, specific data processing agreements (DPA) may be concluded.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, logos, documents, trademarks and graphic elements, is the property of Different Perspective Consulting Lda or of the respective rights holders. Reproduction, distribution or use of the content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

DPC makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the website is current and correct. However, it does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or technical failures, nor does it accept liability for damages resulting from the use of the website, except in the cases provided for by law.

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution and Complaints Book

Under the applicable legislation, users may submit complaints through the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico), available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to a consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity, under the applicable legislation.

DPC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect upon publication.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the website or the provision of services, the court of the district of DPC’s registered office has jurisdiction, without prejudice to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
